  If I could rate this surgery zero then I would. Ever since I have registered with the surgery I have had constant problems ordering my repeat prescription. I always order from their online platform. At least twice in a month my prescription gets lost or misplaced... if I want my script sent to a pharmacy then I should just not even bother. I always give them a week to get it issued and delivered and they still cannot sort it out! I have found their reception staff to be rude and very unhelpful, they also seem to lie to me constantly. They have have told me that my script is at a different surgery, lie! That it will be picked up and delivered to my preferred pharmacy, lie! That they will get it sorted out, lie!!
  I always make sure that I order in plenty of time but it seems I will have to order every week just to keep my supply levels even.
  If you have a choice of surgeries do not choose this one!

  This place certainly need to make improvements, especially on how they train their staff (receptionists) Doctors i feel are good and proffesional but i tryly believe there some systematic faliures at play here
  
  i mean seriously give someone some responsibility and they suddenly become the "Gatekeepers" of the NHS! At least give us a smile and "try" empathising with us just a tiny piece. The hoops i had to jump through in order to get the nessersary support for my mother was rediculous.
  
  After i explained that my mother had no mobility and severly diminished capacity (several times) and being told a dr would come out in 4 days time!! I felt i had no other option but to inform the local authority and request an urgent refereral for my mum. Within 24 hours an assesment was carried out and support and care was arranged. Thank you adult social services
  
  I felt really let down at the time by this practice and really disappointed at the extreme measures i had to undertake at the time.
