  booked through paypal £36.00 for adele tribute act, 10 days ago......she was a no show....we still had a great nite and were all promised refunds in the week.....ive phoned 3 times....manager is never on site ....always told yes ...refunds this week.......1 email said same.....NO REFUND>>>>> its been 10 days.....barmaid let slip that until act refunds theyre not.....QUITE FRANKLY IT HAS RUINED A FIRST AND VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.......CERTAINLY NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.....IT WAS A QUIET NITE....ONLY 40 TKTS SOLD APPARENTLY......SO NOT EXACTLY GOING TO RUIN THEM IS IT.....VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!
